Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original commercial packaging, ensuring all attachments, manuals, and power cords are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the unit's condition and serial number, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
